Each Salmon Dinner Kit Meal comes with a 6 oz. portion of Alaskan Silver (Coho) Salmon, 4 oz. Potatoes, 4 oz. of Veggies, Garlic & Herb butter dollops. Your dinner kits will vary with a variety of Veggies including Green Beans, Brussel Sprouts, and Broccoli.
Each Cod Dinner Kit Meal comes with a 6 oz. portion of Pacific Cod, 4 oz. Potatoes, 4 oz. of Veggies, Garlic & Herb butter dollops. Your dinner kits will vary with a variety of Veggies including Green Beans, Brussel Sprouts, and Broccoli.
All kits arrive frozen and are to be put directly in freezer until ready to cook. When you are ready to cook, heat your oven to 350 degrees, place your dinner kit on a baking sheet, and bake for 35 minutes! That's it...Nutrition Made Easy!
All Shipments for MT & WY are shipped Monday - Wednesday. All other states are shipped Monday - Tuesday. If you place an order after these days it will ship the following Monday. Shipping fees do apply to applicable states at checkout.

I ordered these for the 1st time a month ago. It's a great combination because I love salmon and my husband's not crazy about it but he likes cod. He gets a cod dinner; I get a salmon dinner and everything is in one packet - fish, potatoes and a vegetable. Easy - preheat your oven and throw them in. We'll order these again once we're through all 10 of them!
