Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice if you want less lemon flavor only do 1 tbsp
- 1 lb Pollock
- Black pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in a pan, once butter is melted add garlic till browned
- Add your black pepper to the pan
- Place pollock into the pan and continually baste for 5-6 minutes per side
