Ingredients
-.5-1 lb Halibut
-2 tsp Italian Seasoning
-Salt and Pepper
-1 Package Arugula (12 oz)
-1 Package Mozzarella cheese slices
-3 Roma tomatoes
-Fresh basil leaves
-Balsamic vinegar
-Olive oil
-Skewers
Directions
1.Cube halibut and season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Place on a hot oiled pan and cook just until opaque throughout.
2.Cube mozzarella and slice tomatoes
3.Assemble onto skewers: halibut, basil, tomato, mozzarella, and arugula
4.Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
